Sizing Guide
Below is a sizing guide we use to help determine pricing for items.
If you have items which you don’t think fit into any of these descriptors, please reach out so we can set up a pricing/size guide specific to your requirements.
Standard Freight
| Small | Up to a banana box in volume and/or a maximum of 15kg |
| Medium | Up to 2 x banana boxes in volume and/or a maximum of 25kg |
| Large | Up to 3 x banana boxes in volume and/or a maximum of 30kg |
| Extra Large | Larger Items, or items above 30kg – Typically a POA |
Automotive Freight
| Small | As Standard Small |
| Medium | As Standard Medium OR Doors, bumpers, small boots and other smaller panels |
| Large | As Standard Large OR Larger Boots, Bonnet, Side Panels etc |
| Extra Large | Body Cut Outs and Two Person Lifts – Typically a POA |
| Gearbox | Any gearbox/transmission up to 30kg – over 30kg See Engines |
| Small Engine | Any Engine or Gearbox/Transmission which is liftable by two people |
| Large Engine | Any Palletised Engine which requires an engine lift/forklift to load/unload |
Automotive Batteries
| Small | Typical car batteries or similar in size and weight |
| Medium | Typical truck batteries or similar, under 30kg |
| Large | Any Battery exceeding 30kg |
Signage & Building Supplies
| Small | As Standard Small |
| Medium | As Standard Medium OR ½ sheet (1200×1200), pipe, conduit etc exceeding 3m in length |
| Large | As Standard Large OR Full sheet (1200×2400) |
| Extra Large | Larger than Full Sheet above, or exceeding 50KG – Typically a POA |
Upholstery, Fabric & Packaging Supplies
| Small | As Standard Small OR Rolls up to 2m in length and under 15kg |
| Medium | As Standard Medium OR Rolls up to 3m in length and under 25kg |
| Large | As Standard Large OR Rolls up to 3m in length and under 30kg |
| Extra Large | Rolls over 30kg, eg two person lift |
We are able to carry pallets up to 1 tonne. We can also carry items up to 3.5m in length, 1.7m Wide, and/or 1.6m Tall.
Please note: for extra-large items, we may be limited to specific runs which have capacity to take larger items.
