Introducing the iDeliver Portal

Here at iDeliver we are loading our client data into our new digital platform, and we are pleased to advise your business is all set up and ready for you to explore.

 

You will have recently (over the past week or so) been issued an email from iDeliver with your Merchant Account Activation.

 

Head on over to https://www.ideliver.co.nz and click Client Portal on the menu bar, and use the email and password provided to get started.

 

To help you get started, we have put together a 10min intro video, and also setting up how to guides for the key things you can do in the portal. See our User Guide here

There is no requirement for you to use the new portal, should it not work for your business requirements, we are simply extending another option for booking & tracking your consignments.

 

iDeliver will also still accept bookings via the following methods

  1. Online via https://www.ideliver.co.nz/book 
  2. Emailing dispatch@ideliver.co.nz
  3. Text/SMS to 027 433 5483
  4. Phone 0800 433 548 & Option 1 for Dispatch

When booking your collection with iDeliver, please ensure your order is ready for our driver to collect.

If your consignment contains Dangerous Goods OR Food, please let us know so we can ensure we allocate your pickup to the correct driver to ensure DG segregation compliance.


If your order is under a different name than usual, please let our team know so we can pass this onto drivers
