Our Story
iDeliver has expanded our services, from humble beginnings offering door to door delivery between Christchurch & Waipara, now to an extensive delivery network covering Waipara to Timaru and almost everywhere in between.
We’ve grown from Paul and I working the business, to a team of 19 which has been very rewarding but certainly not without its challenges.
In the spirit of continued growth and service improvement we are making significant improvements to our Timaru run which should be favoured by many who utilise this service and in addition to this we are also introducing an earlier morning Ashburton to Christchurch service.
From January 30th iDeliver is replacing our existing Timaru service with the following

We welcomed Donna to the iDeliver family, through our acquisition of VIP Express 2 U
After a successful working alliance, I would like to officially notify you VIP Express 2 U has merged in with iDeliver Freight Limited.
Stephen, Paul and I are excited to confirm that handover already took place on Tuesday 1st, November 2022.
What does this mean for VIP Express 2 U now under the ownership of iDeliver?
VIP Express 2 U will continue to operate as it has done, under the VIP brand. All contact details, including phone numbers and emails etc, along with timetables and pricing will remain unchanged and the VIP team will continue operating each run.
What does this mean for you?
As you are a valued client of VIP Express 2 U, we are pleased to advise the only significant change will be the bank account in which the invoices are paid into.
VIP Express 2 U’s dispatch will remain unchanged; however, you now have seamless access to the iDeliver delivery network, giving you the ability to request pickups or deliveries anywhere between Timaru and Waipara through VIP Express 2 U – see www.ideliver.co.nz for full network coverage

If you are able to donate blankets or toys but unable to drop into your local Repco store, please feel free to book a collection with us via 0800 433 548 and we can collect from you and deliver to Repco Hornby on your behalf, free of charge.
Donations can be dropped off at the following Repco Stores: Hornby, Burnside, Fitzgerald Ave, Rolleston, Rangiora & Marshlands Road.
As New Zealand (excluding Auckland) drops a level to Alert Level 2 to combat the outbreak of COVID-19 (Delta Varient), more of the team are allocated back to standard operation leaving a small team of food box deliverers are the numbers of boxes are set to reduce with the opening of all stores.
As New Zealand (excluding Auckland) drops a level to Alert Level 3 to combat the outbreak of COVID-19, iDeliver welcomes our regular business clients back operating under a click and collect model. Vast numbers of food boxes are set to continue, putting the team under enormous pressure. The team is split in two, with one division servicing our standard runs and client base, while the other team is dedicated to food box deliveries.
As New Zealand moves to Alert Level 4 to combat the outbreak of COVID-19 (Delta varient), iDeliver is approved to operate as an essential service. The business transitions overnight from a predominantly business-to-business courier service to a deliverer of essential food and pharmacy deliveries to homes.

In light of the devastating bush fires across Australia, the iDeliver team have adopted a rescue Koala with the Koala Hospital at Port Macquarie, NSW.
His name is Paul, (or Paul Jnr in the iDeliver family), and was found very dehydrated with burnt paws on both his hands & feet and his hair has been singed on approx. 90% of his body.
This poor wee critter was found at lake Innes Nature Reserve by a member of the public.
We wanted to do something to help, and being that we are a team of animal lovers, adopting a Koala really spoke to us.
