COVID-19 Policy – iDeliver Freight Limited

iDeliver, like many other businesses, have completed the COVID-19 Risk assessment and concluded our risk profile is high enough to mandate vaccines for all front-line driving staff.

Front line staff have been given until January 17, 2022, to become double vaccinated, with most due to receive their second dose in early December 2021, if they have not received it already.
iDeliver will be supporting the use of Vaccine Pass’s and will be setting up digital Pass’s for each staff member on their work-provided mobile, as soon as they become eligible.
iDeliver as a company will not provide any organisation with any form of confirmation around any specific individual’s vaccination status.
If your organisation requires confirmation on any specific staff member, this must be done with them directly.
For your protection, and the protection of our staff, we have mandated Masks must be worn by our team members at all times while interfacing with other people. This includes clients and other staff members. Our team have been provided with masks for this reason.
iDeliver has implemented internal procedures for contact tracing purposes. Each and every vehicle is GPS tracked and is allocated to a team member. All delivery and pickup locations are geo-zoned and searchable within our vehicle GPS system. From this, we can tell exact entry and exit times, as well as specific locations visited on-premises, ie retail frontage, inwards/outwards goods, or a dropbox location etc
iDeliver will not discriminate between clients and contacts who are vaccinated and those who are not.

Green

- iDeliver internal systems are used for record-keeping/contact tracking purposes
- All drivers are required to wear masks when interacting with any person, as per company policy

Orange

- iDeliver internal systems are used for record-keeping/contact tracking purposes
- All drivers are required to wear masks when interacting with any person, as per company policy
- All pickups/deliveries to/from the unvaccinated must be non-contact, based on 1-metre physical distancing

Red

- iDeliver internal systems are used for record-keeping/contact tracking purposes
- All drivers are required to wear masks when interacting with any person, as per company policy
- All pickups/deliveries must be non-contact, based on 1-metre physical distancing
